Close to Penn State and several medical employers this is an ideal spot for traveling nurses, graduate students, people in transition that need a shot term lease. We hope migrate towards a cooperative living arrangement with multi-generational members in the new future. Enjoy the quiet village life and convenience. Located within walking distance to many attractions and dining choices. Two shared living areas for quiet reading and conversation a dining room, laundry room and kitchen are downstairs. Your back yard has a grill, fireplace and pizza oven!
